- It is your responsibility to make sure that all personal and business information given to the bid4ameal team is true and accurate.
- You must always continue through to completion with all your offers once you have posted them on bid4ameal website. Please insure you double check all the details of the offer before you click the confirm button.
- You must comply in full with your offer i.e. the price, 2 or 3 course meals etc.
- There must not be any direct or indirect bidding by yourself or any member of your staff or family on your own offers.
- If your service charge is compulsory it must be included in your offer, if it is discretionary it can be added on the bill.
- It is the restaurants responsibility to give the bid4ameal customers your usual high standard of food, service and professionalism and your normal a la carte menu that you’re other customers are receiving at the present time.
- You will need to have a PayPal account for all money transactions to be made.
- It is your responsibility to retrieve the payment code form the customer, you will then need to activate the code by calling our free phone number 0800 840 9258 to receive payment which will be paid into your PayPal account.
- You are not permitted to poach customers that may be considering or about to use bid4ameal services.
- Please be aware we do have a mystery guest system that WILL visit your restaurant or restaurants? And report back to the bid4ameal team.
- We have a 21 day 100% money back guarantee for bid4ameal customers. If for any reason the consumer can not meet their reservation they firstly have to inform the restaurant asap then they have up to 21 days to contact the restaurant to re-book at a convenient time for both party, note the original offer will still apply, if a convenient date and time can not be arrange the customer will receive 100% refund.
- You are agreeing for all feedback positive or negative to be posted on the bid4ameal website.
- You are allowing the bid4ameal team to access your website for any promotional material in order for us to promote your restaurant.
- It is your responsibility to make sure that your restaurant website is informative and up to date with your current offers that you have placed on the bid4ameal website.
- You are agreeing to promote bid4ameal with any promotional material we supply to you.
- You are responsible to notify bid4ameal of any changes i.e. stop trading, change of ownership change of name, opening times menu prices etc.
- You are agreeing for bid4ameal to advertise your restaurant as part of the bid4ameal team.
- You are agreeing to all financial policies by the bid4ameal group which is 6.9% commission on all successful transactions and 25 pence per click on our ppc system, this is a fixed rate for 6 months and we will notify there after if there are any changes with one month notice.
- We offer a PCC system that allows the user to access your website via Bid4ameal website, and it is your responsibility to make sure you have the funds available to allow access to your website.
- Once you are a member of the bid4meal team we require 31 days notice in writing if you wish to be removed from bid4ameal services.
- All training will be given to all members of staff on how to use bid4ameal website and customer code inputs, by our customer support team at your restaurant or restaurants at a convenient date for both parties.
- Technical support will be available through our IT department by emailing itsupport@bid4ameal.com.
- We reserve the right to remove your restaurant or restaurants immediately from the bid4ameal team without prior notice in the case of any serious misconduct by the restaurateur or by any employee of the company.
